KFC Honoring Royal Wedding With Celebratory Chicken Bucket

As you likely know, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting married this Saturday – and to celebrate the royal wedding, KFC has designed a commemorative chicken bucket. It seems Harry popped the question while the couple was cooking a roast chicken, so the chicken chain wants to honor their apparent love of poultry.

“When we discovered Prince Harry proposed over a roast chicken,” a KFC spokesperson tells Mashable. “We simply had to show our support for the big occasion.”

The Royal Wedding Bucket is described as “lavish and regal” and features a “bespoke crest with a modern KFC twist.” The design has fancy gold flourishes and both American and British flags. Unfortunately, you’ll have to be at KFC’s Windsor branch on the couple’s wedding day to get one of the 50 fancy chicken buckets. The rest of us will just have to raise a glass to the bride and groom.
