Alexandra and Lexi are best friends from the Scranton area. Unfortunately back in December, Lexi was diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. To cheer her up, her best friend bought tickets to see Taylor in Philly this weekend, and is hoping that Taylor will meet her!
