Say what you want about Taylor Swift, but she ALWAYS comes through for her fans. ALWAYS. Lexi is from near Scranton and with the help of Meghan McCain, who's dad Senator John McCain also suffers from the same type of brain cancer, she was able to meet Taylor in Philly this past weekend.
I told you about the story last week, Lexi and her bff Alexandra were on Fox29 and we were all hoping it would get to Taylor. And well, it did!
